🧂 Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450g) ground beef (80/20 blend)

  • ½ lb (225g) ground pork or sausage (optional for flavor)

  • 4 slices bacon, chopped

  • 1 cup beef bone broth

  • 1 tbsp butter or tallow

  • 1 tsp salt

  • ½ cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese (more for topping)

  • (Optional): ½ tsp smoked paprika or chili powder (for keto-friendly version)

Step 1: Cook the Bacon

In a large pot or skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crispy.
Remove bacon bits and set aside, keeping the fat in the pan.


Step 2: Brown the Meat
